Before my purchase of this, I read several comments complaining tea leaves will fall out, but it looks so cute so I decided to give it a try anyway.1) So it does have some tea leaves fall out, but in an acceptable amount, I waited seconds for tea leaves sank to the mug bottom before I drank and I won't eat any of those leaked ones. One more tip is I moved the infuser softly so as to prevent the problem other comments mentioned.2) As for some comments complaining it's too small and the tea is already cold when it's done, I don't have this problem neither.For your reference, my mug size is 10.5 oz, this little thing works perfectly with my mug.I'm pretty happy with this purchase, I bought the shell and will try the duck next time.
