The tea then slowly brews in the glass tea pot by the low powered element on the tea tray. This function allows the tea to slowly brew without consuming a lot of electricity. Other features include: cordless usage of the kettle, 360 degree rotation on the base, stainless steel tea basket , lime-scale filter, water level indicator, stainless steel heating plate and concealed resistance. After 3 weeks the warmer was not keeping tea warm and I had to keep it on the stove. The handle broke after 4 weeks and when I tried to contact seller no response. Poor quality and performance. The water boiler is working now! Only!
